Cedra Kaddour FZ-LLC is the operator of VISOR. VISOR and VISOR Fitness are product and brand names, not separate legal entities.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VISOR. We apply age-eligibility checks before enabling health, photo and AI features. Provide accurate account and eligibility information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may request proportionate verification and restrict an account that does not meet the age requirement.
• Keep your credentials secure, do not share access in breach of your plan, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for your own misuse and for taking reasonable care of credentials; this does not make you automatically liable for every unauthorised action or remove rights arising from our failures.
• Use only an account you are entitled to use. Some features require compatible devices, separate permissions or a paid plan. The feature and purchase screens explain the relevant conditions.

Health-information processing and relevant AI features require separate consent. You can withdraw that consent through VISOR privacy controls. Features that need the withdrawn processing may then become unavailable. Withdrawing consent does not automatically cancel a subscription; the cancellation and consumer-rights provisions below continue to apply.

VISOR provides general transformation, fitness, nutrition and wellness information. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease, provide emergency advice or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Contact local emergency services if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.

Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing exercise, nutrition, recovery or supplementation where you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy-related concern or other relevant health risk. Do not disregard professional advice because of a VISOR output. Stop an activity if you experience concerning symptoms and obtain appropriate help.

Calorie targets, meal analyses, recovery measures and other estimates may be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. They are not medical nutrition therapy or safety clearance. If you have or suspect an eating disorder, disordered eating or significant body-image concerns, do not rely on calorie targets or transformation features; seek professional support. These features are not designed to manage an eating disorder. If you follow a medically supervised diet, use any general wellness tool only consistently with your clinician's advice.

VISOR uses third-party AI services to produce content such as chat responses, image analyses, plans and transformation visuals. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. Review them before acting on or sharing them. AI responses are not individual advice from a doctor, dietitian, psychologist or other regulated professional.

Transformation images are AI-created illustrations of possible visual changes, not reliable forecasts of your future body, medical predictions or guaranteed results. Actual outcomes vary with health, genetics, training, nutrition and other circumstances. We identify AI-generated outputs in the relevant interface and preserve appropriate identification when sharing generated transformation images.

Do not upload an image or other input unless you have the necessary rights and permission. Do not submit another person's sensitive information unnecessarily, request harmful or unlawful outputs or use the service to impersonate someone. Different users may receive similar AI outputs; we do not promise their uniqueness or that every output attracts copyright protection.

You can report harmful, objectionable or inaccurate AI content through the in-app reporting function. You can also contact support@visorfitness.com. Reports are reviewed according to seriousness; urgent safety matters are prioritised. Our ordinary target is to acknowledge reports within five business days, which is not a guarantee that every investigation is completed within that time.

VISOR may offer free features and paid subscriptions. Before confirming a purchase, you will see the plan, billing period, price and applicable trial or introductory offer. Check the purchase screen and store confirmation for taxes, currency, renewal details and cancellation conditions. Features included in a plan are described at purchase.

An auto-renewing subscription renews through the store that bills it unless cancelled before the applicable renewal deadline. A free or discounted trial may convert to the price and billing period shown at signup. Trial eligibility, conversion, cancellation effects and any treatment of unused trial time follow the disclosed offer and the relevant store rules.

Apple App Store. Manage a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Follow the deadline and renewal information shown for your subscription and region. See Apple subscription cancellation instructions.

Google Play. Manage a subscription through Google Play subscription settings and cancel before its next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. Access normally continues for the period already paid, subject to the offer, store rules and any applicable refund or termination. See Google Play subscription cancellation instructions.

Deleting the app or your VISOR account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately with the billing store. We provide purchase-restoration or entitlement assistance for eligible purchases associated with your account.

Request app-store refunds through the applicable store process. Contact support@visorfitness.com if you need assistance or wish to exercise rights against VISOR. Store administration does not remove mandatory consumer rights or obligations that apply to us. We do not apply new prices retroactively to a period already paid; future changes follow the store's notice and consent requirements and applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, applicable law normally gives you 14 days after concluding an eligible distance contract to withdraw, subject to lawful exceptions. Other countries may provide additional rights. The rules below distinguish an ongoing digital service from digital content supplied immediately.

For a digital service, if you expressly request that performance start during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a lawful proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal, but only where the required information and request conditions are met. The right is lost on full performance only where the applicable prior consent and acknowledgement requirements are satisfied. Starting an ongoing subscription does not by itself mean it has been fully performed.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right may be lost when supply begins only if the applicable conditions are met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the required confirmation. We do not treat a general acceptance of these Terms or use of a feature as a substitute for the required separate agreement.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to legal@visorfitness.com or the registered address above before the deadline. Include your name, account email, order date and an order identifier if available; do not send full payment-card details. You may use the example below, but you do not have to. For a store purchase, also use the store's refund route where appropriate; contacting us does not remove or narrow your rights.

Example withdrawal notice: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [subscription or service], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my account email is [email], and my order reference, if available, is [reference]. Date: [date]. Add a signature only if sending the notice on paper.

Where withdrawal gives a right to reimbursement, we provide the reimbursement within the applicable statutory period, normally 14 days after notice, subject to any lawful proportionate charge and the relevant payment arrangements. Rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming services are separate and remain available.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You are responsible for having permission to upload or share it and for respecting other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights. Content is visible according to the destination you choose, such as a direct-message recipient, a group or a public post.

You grant Cedra Kaddour FZ-LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, format and display that content only as necessary to provide your requested features, deliver it to your chosen audience, maintain security and moderate abuse. We may engage service providers for those purposes under suitable restrictions. The licence does not authorise advertising use of your private photos or messages, sale of health information or training contrary to the Privacy Policy.

The licence ends when the content is removed from our systems, except to the limited extent needed for the disclosed backup period, a legal obligation or legitimate dispute handling. It does not allow us to republish deleted private content for unrelated purposes. Copies independently retained by recipients may remain outside our control.

Use in-app reporting to flag unlawful, abusive or infringing posts, comments or messages, and use blocking controls to limit unwanted contact. You may also email support@visorfitness.com or legal@visorfitness.com. We assess reports and may remove content or restrict access. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain a restriction and allow you to ask for review through support.

Do not use VISOR to break the law, harass or threaten others, impersonate another person, distribute exploitative or otherwise unlawful content, infringe rights, interfere with service security or circumvent eligibility, access or payment controls. Do not submit another person's private health information without a valid right to do so.

Do not misuse APIs, extract other users' information, disrupt the service, or scrape, reverse engineer or decompile it except where applicable law permits that activity despite this restriction. Responsible security reports can be sent to support@visorfitness.com; do not access or expose other users' information while reporting an issue.

VISOR's software, branding, designs and supplied media belong to Cedra Kaddour FZ-LLC or the relevant licensors, subject to user-content rights and applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal purposes while you comply with these Terms and your plan. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.

We maintain and update the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. We may make changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility, maintenance or service improvements. We provide the updates and remedies required by applicable consumer law.

We will give reasonable advance notice of a material change that adversely affects paid functionality unless urgent security or legal circumstances prevent advance notice. We will explain available cancellation, continued-access or refund options. Where law gives you a right to terminate or obtain reimbursement because of a change, these Terms preserve that right. Price changes apply prospectively in accordance with the billing and notice rules above.

We may proportionately restrict or terminate access where we reasonably identify a serious or repeated breach, fraud, ineligibility, a security or safety risk, or a legal requirement. We may act immediately where necessary to protect people or comply with law. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and how to request review.

You may stop using VISOR and request account deletion by opening Profile, then Settings and Delete Account, visiting visorfitness.com/delete-account, or contacting privacy@visorfitness.com. We verify ownership before scheduling deletion. We acknowledge requests within five business days and normally complete active-system deletion within 30 days of a verified request, including any stated recovery period.

Backup copies expire within 90 days after active-system removal, subject to the limited retention exceptions in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any store subscription separately to stop renewals.

Ending access does not remove accrued payment obligations or mandatory refund and consumer rights. If we discontinue a prepaid service or terminate without your breach, we provide any unused-period reimbursement or alternative remedy required by law. We handle retained information according to the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection remedies.

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law for failing to provide the service with the required care or conformity. General limitations on AI accuracy do not remove those duties. You remain responsible for deciding how to use general wellness information and for unlawful or unauthorised conduct attributable to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from use of a service supplied for personal purposes. We do not disclaim all responsibility for lost data, security failures or personal injury. Any limitation is subject to the mandatory protections above.

We will notify you of material changes through the app, email or another appropriate channel and explain when they take effect. Where a change requires consent or a new agreement, we obtain it. Where applicable law gives you a right to reject a material change, cancel or receive a refund, we preserve that right. Continued use does not supply separate privacy consent or waive mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Ras Al Khaimah, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. The competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction except where applicable law gives you the right to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere. These Terms do not require you to give up that right.

Contact legal@visorfitness.com to raise a contractual complaint. We will consider it and explain any applicable further complaint or alternative-dispute-resolution route. You may use any competent regulator or court available under law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An invalid provision is not replaced in a way that removes mandatory consumer rights.
