Delete Your VISOR Account

If you still have access to your account:

1. Open VISOR.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Submit your email below and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days. A confirmation will be sent to the address you provide. Backup copies are purged within approximately 90 days.

When your account is deleted, VISOR permanently removes the following data:

• Profile information
• Workout history
• Nutrition logs
• AI body prediction history
• Progress statistics
• Uploaded body photos
• AI coach conversations
• Personal preferences

Certain information may be retained only where required by applicable law, fraud prevention, security investigations, payment reconciliation, or tax and accounting obligations.

Deleting your VISOR account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by the applicable platform and must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account settings.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through your respective store.
